Mark + Jen = Engaged {Charlotte Wedding Photographer}
I just love when families come together to celebrate their milestones. In this case, it was an engagement that brought many families together to celebrate the love of Mark and Jen. Several couples got together to plan and execute this fun mexican-themed engagement party. Mark’s mom, Anne, reached out to me to come capture their evening.
Mark and Jen are honeymooning in Mexico and they love Mexican food. I believe I remember them saying something about eating it at least once a week. (Me too!) Their Myer’s Park party included a colorful buffet of Mexican food, a bar pouring fresh margaritas all night, and a huge table top basket filled with chips, salsa, guacamole – the works! It looked absolutely delicious.
A handful of their friends and family won’t be able to make it to their wedding in September, including the children. So this was a great opportunity for them to spend time with the kiddos and some family that won’t be present on their big day. It was a pleasure meeting them and I hope to get an update on how their big day went and see some photos of course!

These pictures look like true adds for Pottery barn and Pier one Imports. Very professional and makes me want to be there involved with the party. They also have the personal touch that You, Kasey(: do so well. The couple looks so relaxed and natural together and you captured that perfectly. Especially love the photos of the food by itself to give you the real perspective of the whole experience. The ring on top of the sombrero was neat. This photo shoot had lots of personality.
Love these pictures!! Especially the one with her looking up at what I think may be her dad. So sweet!
